1. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
Section 2 of Article 22 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, the LSSI-CE), establishes the following:
Service providers may use data storage and retrieval devices on users’ terminal equipment, provided that users have given their consent after having been provided with clear and comprehensive information regarding their use, particularly concerning the purposes of the data processing, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
Whenever technically possible and effective, the user’s consent to the processing of their data may be obtained through the appropriate browser settings or other applications, provided that the user configures them during installation or updating by means of an express action for that purpose.
The foregoing shall not prevent the possible technical storage or access solely for the purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network or, where strictly necessary, for providing an information society service expressly requested by the user.
According to the “Guide on the Use of Cookies” published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) in 2013, the LSSI-CE applies to any type of file or device downloaded to a user’s terminal equipment for the purpose of storing data that may subsequently be updated and retrieved by the entity responsible for its installation. Cookies are one of the most widely used devices of this kind and, therefore, throughout this document, such devices will be referred to generically as cookies.

Preference Cookies: These allow users to access the service with certain predefined general characteristics based on criteria such as language, browser type, or the regional settings from which the service is accessed.
Analytics Cookies: These allow the party responsible for them to monitor and analyze the behavior of users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through these cookies is used to measure website, application, or platform activity and to create browsing profiles of users in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of service usage.
Advertising Cookies: These allow the effective management of advertising spaces that the website owner may have included on a website, application, or platform based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency with which advertisements are displayed.
Behavioural Advertising Cookies: These allow the effective management of advertising spaces included on a website, application, or platform. These cookies store information about users’ browsing behavior obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, enabling the development of a specific profile for displaying personalized advertising.

In compliance with Article 5 of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we expressly, precisely, and unequivocally inform you that the information obtained through the cookies installed on your computer will be used for the following purposes: ensuring the quality, security, and improvement of the services provided.

7. DATA SECURITY PRINCIPLE
HNOS. APARICI ROSA, S.L. undertakes to comply with its duty of confidentiality regarding personal data and its obligation to safeguard such data. It shall adopt all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether arising from human action or the physical or natural environment, in accordance with Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations implementing Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data.
8. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection at any time by contacting the data controller and enclosing a photocopy of their National Identity Document (DNI).
